送貨政策 Logistics policy

我們的目標是按照您在訂單中要求的收貨地點以及在您的訂單結帳時我們指定的運送日期(在訂單確認中更新)將產品運送給您;如果我們無法在預計的運送日期送貨,我們將嘗試通知您。但是,在法律允許的範圍內,任何由於延遲運送而對您造成的任何損失、責任、成本、損害、收費或費用,我們不承擔任何責任。 送貨目的地為非本地的顧客下單後仍必須支付額外運費,該運費將會根據雙方同意之物流公司報價後由我們主動聯絡客戶並提供付款連結,我們確認收款後才繼續運輸程序,顧客下單前必須清楚理解相關規定和風險,如因此進行退款程序而造成的損失,我們一概不負責。 Our goal is to deliver the products to you according to the delivery location you specified in your order and the shipping date we designated during the checkout process (updated in the order confirmation). If we do not be able to deliver on the estimated shipping date, we will attempt to contact you directly. However, to the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for any loss, responsibility, cost, damage, fee, or expense incurred by you due to delayed delivery. For customers whom making order from oversea, an additional shipping fee must be paid after placing the order. This fee will be determined by a logistics company agreed upon by both parties. We will proactively contact the customer and provide a payment link. The transportation process will only continued after we have confirmed to receive the extra payment. Customers must have a clear understanding of the relevant provisions and risks before placing an order. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of refund procedures related to this matter.

退貨和退款政策 Exchange and Refund Policy

Due to the high postage and complex handling procedures for orders from customers outside of Hong Kong, all international orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. For the local customers, if you receive a product that does not match your order, please follow the instructions below to apply for a possible return or exchange within 5 days after receiving the goods: 1.
